I have been waiting to know who I am
Too much wind has blown on the sand
Hope I’m not walking alone
Seeking for who I have become
Should I be ready for what is ahead
Right or wrong I’ve been be loosing the thread
Can somebody bail me out
We are losing it from north to the south
Too many icebergs melting down
Too many species disappear
Too many chemical weapons
Too many wars for our children
I am ready to change to preserve
Rainbows, sunrise and the birds
I don’t want to be thrown like a stone
In a crowd of people unknown
Hope I’m not walking alone
Too many oil spills in our sea
Too many criminals walking free
Too many lies rule the world
Too many bad shows on TV
By the way, too many TV’s in our homes
Too many lives are being controlled
Would you redo the world before it fades
While dust and water swirl in the shade
Would you redo the world before it fades
While dust and water swirl in the shade
Would you redo the world with me my friend
Will you start it all over again?
Too many oil spills in our sea
Too many criminals walking free
Too many lies rule the world
Too many bad shows on TV
By the way, too many TV’s in our homes
Too many lives are being controlled
Would you redo the world before it fades
While dust and water swirl in the shade
Would you redo the world before it fades
While dust and water swirl in the shade
