Tell us how long you have been performing and how you got started?
|
|
We all grew up in different areas. Amera was born in New York, Ana in California, Alisha in Minnesota. Our paths crossed in Bemidji, MN and we started playing together for fun. Eventually we became serious about it.

Who are your band members?
|
|
Amera-plays the drums primarily but started on guitar and is a great singer.
Alisha-guitar, vocals, keyboard

Who is the wildest and why?
|
|
Ana is the wildest I think. She is just such a free-spirit. She is hardly ever shy, giving strangers tarot readings and doing gymnastics at the park. But we're all a little crazy ;)

Where do you record your music?
|

We recorded at Gary Berger's studio in northern Minnesota
|

Can you tell us how you personally write songs?
|
|
Writing songs is a miracle...I don't know how it happens, really. You just feel this emotion, tinker on an instrument and out it comes.

Who has helped you the most with your music?
|
|
We have had a great support system. Our parents, friends, teachers, strangers. We were donated the most beautiful drumset by a man named Chet, which was great because we didn't have one. Also we've had two great bands helping us a lot lately. Sick of Sarah and The Limns. Most of all I think we are each other's helpers. We live together so we're always practicing
