But over the past few years it has become my priority, and hopefully, my career. I am able to sing any genre, including Country, Pop, Christian, Jazz, and Broadway. But while on a trip to Nashville recording at the famous Ryman Auditorium, I toured the Country Music Hall of Fame; it was here as I learned the history of country music and found this is where her heart lies. I have been involved in all aspects of music, studying piano, guitar, and dance. I have performed throughout Western New York; winner of the Chautauqua Idol, and finalist in the Buffalo, Italian, and Amherst Idol contests. Also I have performed for many local charities, including The Ride for Roswell, Children's Hospital, Hunters Hope, Red Cross, for the severely disabled at Ft. Drum, and many others. I sang on the 2006 Christmas CD benefiting the Food Bank of WNY. Additionally, I have sung the National Anthem for the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, World’s Toughest Rodeo and the Buffalo Bison’s. I have has opened for Nashville Recording artists The John Corbett Band, Lacash Cowboys, and Miranda Lambert, and opened the show at HSBC Arena singing to Gavin Degraw. This summer I will be opening for Billy Currington, Phil Vassar and Joe Nichols at Jam in the Valley. I currently attend College, pursuing a degree in Music Education. My years of vocal training, my determination and drive, and my love of performing will bring excitement to any stage.
